This two-hour session guides you through all relevant wine taints and faults, and is essential for your preparation for vintage 2026. The AWRI team will train you in taint and fault identification, help you become aware of your individual sensitivities to the compounds responsible, and advise you how to best avoid them. Perfect as a taints and faults refresher for all working winemakers.
